Clinical Supervision Payment

Thank you for serving as a clinical supervisor for addiction counseling trainees. Your guidance and support are essential to preparing the next generation of Licensed Addiction Counselors in North Dakota.

Eligibility for Payment

To be eligible for payment, the clinical supervisor must be actively supervising a Registered Addiction Counseling Trainee. The trainee can be training in ANY North Dakota consortium or through an individualized training plan.

Payment Structure

Payments are based on the supervision of a trainee and are processed at the end of each month:

• $200 per week for full-time trainees

• $100 per week for part-time trainees

Documentation Requirement

To receive payment, supervisors must complete the monthly Clinical Supervision Survey to document the hours and activities provided.

Required Forms (One-Time Submission)

Clinical supervisors must complete and submit the following forms one time before receiving any payments:

• W-9 Form (Download)
